The heroes continue lambasting the Central Purifier with their take-off of the song Packard Goose from the Frank Zappa album Joe's Garage. Robot Electro Jones grabs the Central Purifier by the neck while singing that he's gravely underestimated his opposition.

We then see the Holograms (Jerrica Benton no longer using her Jem persona for the duration of this story, her sister Kimber Benton, and their bandmates Shana Elmsford, Aja Leith, and Carmen Alonso aka Raya), Rupert Bear, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Venus de Milo), and the Biker Mice from Mars (Throttle, Vinnie, Modo, and their human ally Charlene "Charley" Davidson) spell it out to the villain that his goal to eliminate music, love, and so on is doomed to failure because no one will let him succeed.

Mo Skito of the Feelers feels that it's time to build up suspense with a lengthy solo. His bandmates Mitzi Moth (who is also his new wife), Stinger, and Max agree.

After we skip to the end of the instrumental to keep the story going, the now adult cartoon incarnations of the Garbage Pail Kids (Clogged Duane, Split Kit, Elliot Mess, Terri Cloth, and Patty Putty) start singing the final verse as they have the Central Purifier cornered.
