Whew! I didnt think I was gonna get this done today on the first day of Spring!

I always want to draw my little buggies for my Spring drawing, so here is Saffron the monarch butterfly finally getting to do something he had always wanted to do--watch the first sunrise of spring with friends. But his early life was very hard and very lonely. And then when he found a place to belong, it felt like asking anyone to get up early out of their warm, snug beds after a long, cold, miserable winter seemed to be asking a lot. My buggies dont like cold very much. So they all look forward to spring every year.

But he was talking about it to Paprika, just talking not really asking him or anyone to spend the early morning with him. Well, then Paprika brought it up to Polkadot. Paprika and Polkadot are very close to Saffron and both keep a protective eye on him. So they decided to go ahead and plan to watch the sunrise with Saffron. Getting up super early one time wasnt gonna cost them much, so they planned it out. Warm blankets and hot drinks and watching a sunrise. It meant a lot to Saffron. And it was really nice. In fact, this might be a yearly tradition for them now. It was super sweet that Paprika and Dot wanted to grant this one simple wish for him, and they did. And it was Magical.
