I absolutely LOVED the latest episode of Adventure Time, 'Mystery Dungeon'. The best of season 5 I think.
I was so happy when Ice King's Fan Fiction of Fionna and Cake hit the flames and expected something awesome to happen. I feel so trolled by the creator when that same book came out farting. This is really what should have happened.

When the book laughed and farted, I wanted to put my foot through the tv, then I laughed. It was a good and slightly cruel trick. Rule 63 episodes are still kind of neat. Good to see the representation of what could have happened drawn up (and glad to see I wasn't the only one that didn't like the joke at first).

With the amount of Fionna and Cakes fans, I think they would have expected the reactions towards that part of the episode to be somewhat negative. But at the same time, all those dysfunctional C-list characters thrown into a dungeon together was extremely delightful to watch interact with each other. And then the Imagination Zone sequence at the end for a nice finish.

Everyone is obsessed with the gender reversed characters.

I don't think 'obsessed' is the word, but the fans generally do love the gender bent characters because they are similar and different at the same time. It's nice they bring the gender bent crew back for another episode, they are really likable characters.
