What i find really amazing is that this was created more than a year before gen 6, and the design is ridiculously similar to Skrelp -> Dragalge, an official Pokemon! That means your designing skills are comparable to the head honcho pokemon masters~

I suggest (if you do a shiny) that it be golden and a possible name change too, Sardrassum for sargassum the seaweed, a free floating sea weed, also dragassum or any combo of those words i.e algae sargassum and drake or dragon
