Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. The Pokédex entry should definitely include something about that idea mist, such as inhaling too much will cause migraines or something. You should also give it some sort of special move involving that mist, it would be awesome. By the way, it looks like it's a cousin of Sliggoo!
