Looks like something one could see when they were pulled into a Black Hole and decided to take a look over their shoulder.
PS. If you want a short back story for this one, I can write it for you.

You're most welcome.
Here it comes.
Their engines failed, the primary ones went aflame just when they were passing a nasty looking black hole. The secondary ones were working over time just to buy them time to fix the primary ones, but even that was not enough. They understand that the time was a relative value, to them it passed normally but outside of the gravity well of the black abyss of gravitational hell they would seem almost still - if someone could see them that is. The main engineer knew they were doomed the moment they've lost their main propulsion means, the only means that had enough power to tear them away from the deep hole in the time-space that was the singularity hiding behind the jet black event horizon. They couldn't see it from inside of the ship, but the spagettification started - the outside observer would see them stretching to infinity, not much yet, but it would intensify the closer they were to the place of no return untill the tidal forces would eventually tear them apart. Upon their mishap their ship spun around, it would be a blessing should they could escape, but in their current predicament it meant nothing, the only thing they could see trough the forcefield or their small windows was spectacular play of lights that was sucked, just as they were, into the black hole. The lights of all colours rushed around them and past them to meet its fate inside of the gargantuan stellar glutton. The main engineer thought that at least the scenery of their doom was beautiful. Around him technicians rushed in their futile hope for salvation.
So, what you think? I don't have much experience with such short stories.
