Description This was a pic I drew for the fanart contest at Summer of Sonic '13. Basically it's a monty Python version of 'Sonic & the Black Knight' with Sonic as Arthur with Caliburn and Tails the Blacksmith as Patsy banging two coconut shells together. Didn't win though but hey, it's the taking part that counts.

Well, Sonic is trying to act all heroic and king-like and Tails is annoyed that he has to serve this guy and is banging two coconuts together.

I appreciate the comment, but I'm confused. How is this an 'Abridged Series'? It's just a picture spoofing Sonic & the Black Knight with Monty Python. An Abridged Series is usually a condensed Parody dub (usually of an Anime series) on Youtube.

As Shadow plays Sir Lancelot in Black Knight I can imagine him charging a castle (which takes his 5 minutes) and kills everyone thinking theres a princess captive.

Well, so long as the ending to the game wasn't so anticlimactic as the Monty Python film...
I was really disappointed when the French taunters didn't get the punishment they deserved!
I like the funny moments throughout Holy Grail, but that's not enough to excuse such an incredibly lame ending... it just left me p***ed off...

Ah yeah I know how you feel. I think I heard somewhere That they ran out of budget and decided to end it there or they actually found the Grail in Harrods.

Heh, heh... now THAT would have been the funny ending - finding the Grail in Harrods!
That's one thing that really colours a whole film for me. It has to have closure - something that really pays off as an ending... whether it's just "good guys are happy, the end" or some funny shaggy-dog punchline, it has to be something satisfying!
