I don't think that's possible. It's a gasmask. I have one of these in real life. They are made out of leather. Resembles some BDSM sex mask if you ask me.

Thank you. I worked pretty hard on it and I'm glad someone acknowledges it for what it is. This may help if someone wants to do some Chernobyl-related things or Stalker stuff or Post-Apoc stuff in general or can possibly serve as the Military Gasmask of a Soviet-style country. I know the North Koreans use the GP-5 lol.
