I had intended to go to Rialto Beach last week, but took a wrong turn and ended up at the La Push beaches, which were absolutely beautiful. I love the way you managed to use the rock window to frame additional spires.

but its one stop too dark and you get strange magneta cast which may be bit annoying if you want to get natural colours

It's not a problem. You just have to adjust the white balance in-camera or during the post-production work.
IMHO, it's better to take a one-stop darker, in case of (very) hard sunlight. In the opposite case, just push iso a little bit, or exposure time, etc.

as far as I know hasnt got that hard cast so colours stay more natural

Hoya UK doesnt stock em here and the ony one i found is in states or japan but they run out of 77 thread

I find the ND400 adds a little saturation and a slight warm cast.
