theres a character in avabile for mugen name ryugen.Who or what is ryugen? does anybody know? whats its from?
im curious.
its a blue dragon wearing a sumo like outfit that uses magic and tough physical attacks.

There are 3 Ryugens.Β This one just happens to be the one I don't have, I have the 2 other recent ones.Β I don't know which one's the most recent, but I think the second version is the one that's my favorite.
Ryugen is an OC of the mugen contributor Moku.Β Moku has created a Lucario character with custom sprites and Felicia and John Taliban
Β characters using CVS styled sprites.Β Ryugen appears to be based or inspired from Dragon Quest.

there's two versions: the version seen here(RyugenD0) and a much better-looking version that speaks japanese(Ryugen). the former has a 4-button layout(3 punches, one button that fires magical beams from these floating rocks), and the latter hs a 2-button layout(one for punching, one for firing the magical rock things). I feel much more comfortable with the "D0" version shown here, but he's a fun character either way.

I dunno, but apparently it is an Original character who's a dragon. Made by some guy/girl named Moku or something. I wouldn't know since I never even played Mugen, but...

He's apparently just simple made by a mugen character creator. There is a different version of Ryugen that is very different, which has way different animations, it's hi-res, a basic but yet good two button gameplay system, and this one actually talks.
