This is Randall Wildfang, my BlazBlue OC.
Every school needs a good banchou, and NOL's military academy isn't an exception
Randall hails from the highly respected Wildfang family of wolf beastmen, but he doesn't really give a damn. He never really had any respect for his family or his superiors.
He pretty much does all he can to prove his rebellious nature, like modifying his school uniform as he sees fit, mostly to annoy his teachers, or stealing the Nox Nyctores Mjollnir from his house, which was a keepsake weapon held by his family for years...
If not for his behavior, he would've gone high in the army ranks, since his power and skill were unmatched... but as for now, he still hasn't even graduated...
The only thing still keeping him in there, is that he can pick fights with people whenever he likes... and the fact that he has a crush on one of the graduate girls (knowing me, guess which one it is

Note:Hayate/Shadow have the same weakness,when Hayate/Shadow is too far,you can defeat him by using long-ranged attacks so he's too hard to get closer to you,if he's closer,there's a chance he can defeat you with combo attacks,but there's another way,dodge him as much as you can,and go far away from him and hit him again with long-ranged attacks,for example:if Hayate's fighting Randall,there's chance that Randall that could win if he keeps hitting the ground and pushes Hayate away from him,just because he’s too far away,he can teleport in front of you,behind you and above you(similar to Chipp Zanuff from Guilty Gear).If Hayate changes to Shingyoku form,there's a possibility you can defeat him in close-ranged attacks,he becomes slower in his form but large ammount of damage if you're far away from him because of his long-ranged slash,Tip:find his opening and hit him as much as you can to defeat him.

Okay, so for Randall, his Mjollnir creates EITHER gravity shockwaves that puch back the enemy OR the gravity pools which last a while, hindering the opponents movement (and are similar to Nu-13 "Gravity Seals"). It's weakness is that he can be his out of it if attacked fast enough before he hits the ground/target. Also I told you, Randall has some grapple attacks, which he can use when the opponent gets to close to be hit with Mjollnir.
And I've been updating Randall's and Jango's info lately, and I'm currently writing a movelist for both of them ^^(complete with special, Distortion and Astral moves)

After he read it,he throws the letter up,and he slices and dices into paper scraps and walks away...and Makoto was in his way and she ask "Hayate,where are you going?...,and he answered "None of your business,Lady Nanaya...*walks away*",and Makoto said "Hayate-kun...",then Hayate disappears...
After school,at the outskirts of town
Then a voice spokes to Hayate and said "Finally...you're here...so you've read my letter,Punk!",and he answered "Yes,I destroyed your letter so no one can read it...",and he replied "Good...do you accpet my challenge?...",and he answered "Yes...",and he replied "Good...*then he appears*,turns out,it was Randall Wildfang and he said "Now...let the duel...begin".

Like I said, as powerful as Randall's Nox may sound, it has it's weaknesses, but I can't just plainly expose all of them, eh
And if you want to write good stories, I advise you should ask for help, as he's the best storyteller I've met here ^^

at first,I thought that hammer or Nox Nyctores Mjollnir was too heavy and unable to dodge.Hayate only uses twin pocket knives if he's in the Academy,in the outside(disguises as Shadow),he only uses Renkaku(twin blades) and never changes his speed of how heavvy his blades are.In his story,in the academy,some say he's faster than the others.

"Day 2 at the hallway,Jin introduces himself to Hayate,but Hayate just walks away(it's like he's ignoring Jin),then Jin challenge him to a duel match to test his skills,then he accepted Jin's challenge,later he was defeated by Hayate,Jin can't realized how fast Hayate's moves and reflexes are and he feel ashamed of himself,defeated by a subtitute,and Hayate told him to stand up and said "You're maybe just a major ranked,but you still fight well...*walks away*oh,and by the way,...don't ever get the wrong idea,to face me again...farewell...Major Kisaragi...*disappears*".Day 3,at the hallway,Carl want's to battle Hayate to proof what his abilities are,then he found out,he's faster than the others(not 1 second,yet less than 1 second in the blink of an eye),then Hayate points the Knife at Carl's neck and said "You're just lucky...*walks away*you're too young to be killed"

Well, as all Nox Nyctores, Mjollnir has got some special powers >3
With each hit, it creates gravity shockwaves (which push the enemy away) or "gravity pools" (which pull the enemy in, making them unable to dash or jump), although these do fade after a while of course, yet thanks to this, it's rather difficult to evade his attacks
As for his fighting style, he's a mix of Tager and Hakumen. He can't run (cause of the hammer) but he can dash, and has a few dash attacks, as well as some grapple attacks (complete with the token banchou headbutt).
So I think that hayate should rethink his tactics
PS.And you shouldn't go around bragging how your OC can beat everyone... except if you want him to be a "MarySue" but if that's the case, don't expect anyone to take you or Hayate seriously.
I realize, that you like your character, but you can't expect him to win each and every time (that's called "balance"), not to mention, you should really do your homework better, so you don't make canon characters go ooc... seriously, Jin sees other people as bothersome, and he only fights to make his way through, or when he's the challenged one, since his only target s Ragna, and Carl, he was waay to timid and gentle back at the academy... he started fighting later, when he set out with Nirvana to search for his father Relius, and he never fought a single battle to "prove his abilities", he only fights when he wants to get info, or when Ada says that person is an enemy

Yet you missed one thing, that weapon of his is a Nox Nyctores after all, and you never asked me how it works, now did you >3 neither did you asked about how Randall actually fights
Let's just say, that as heavy as Mjollnir may be, it's not that easy to dodge it, so Randall would be quite more than a match to defeat

Jakoś nie znam serii BlazBlue (spokojnie, już zdążyłam conieco opatrzeć na yt i poczytać), więc trochę trudno mi się jakkolwiek odwołać do gry...

Co do designu, to chyba najbardziej wypasione to ma okularki oraz ten pasek z napisem Game over. Lubię przyglądać się twoim postaciom, bo mają sporo szczegółów, które wcale nie rażą po oczach. Et, po prostu są fajnie zbalansowane. IMO powinieneś więcej arcików w tym stylu wykonywać, bo serio- jest na czym oko zawiesić~

Very interesting character design and background.The outfit is really cool,from his shoes,his pants,the belts and the jacket really give it that definate "bad ass look".

I based his outfit (though very loosely), on the official NOL Military Academy uniform (worn by Jin on many official arts), but like I said, Randall likes to modify it a lot
