This is Acrokaka, one of my BlazBlue OCs.

Drive: Cheshire Vanish
Due to his altered Kaka genes, Acro is able to become "non-physical" for brief moments, giving him the opportunity to either get around his enemy unharmed, as he cannot be hit while ethereal (though he can't attack his foe directly before reappearing as well) or severly damage his enemy by sticking his claws into his foe's body while in etheral state, and reappearing with his claws still stuck in his opponent.
For those who still don't get the last part, think Sabretooth vs. Wraith in X-Men Origins, it was kinda the other way around in there (Sabretooth sticking his claws into a reappearing Wraith), but the outcome was pretty much the same.

Story:
Acrokaka is one of the very few male Kaka clan members (none were really shown, but it was mentioned a few times in the game that there are male kakas), and hence, he is constantly watched over, so that he doesn't get hurt, something which he certainly doesn't find comfortable, so he tries to escape whenever an occasion arises. Being kept "safe" in teh village all his life, his one dream was to go on an adventure like his beloved Tao-neechan, who's quite a role model for the lil' fella.
In the village, he loves nothing more than to get to nap with his beloved "big sister", hear her stories about all her adventures outside the village, or to get to grope her "awesome boobs" ...yeah, something he obviously took up from his "big sister". which is the one thing that makes him happy about being "protected"... he never gets punished as much as Tao by "Boobie Lady" for groping her boobs >3 It is also Tao who taught him how to fight (though he trains his "disappearing" skills alone when Tao's not around).
yet one day, Tao-neechan was gone for far longer than usual, at first he wasn't worried about her, cause he remembered she has lotsa friends outside the village, like Jubei, "Boobie Lady", the mysterious "Good Guy", or the even more mysterious "Lacking Lady"... but as time passed, he got more and more worried that something happened, something that not even the amazingly strong Tao-neechan along with her friends could handle... and so, while still fearing the punishment he'll get for escaping outside the village, Acrokaka set out on his first big adventure to find and help his beloved "big sister"...

The is however one thing not even he is aware of. He is in fact an artificially bred Kaka clone, with some of his genes altered. Because of this, he doesn't have the ability to split, yet instead, he has the ability to become "non-physical" or "ethereal" (or whatever you wish to call it) for a brief moment, and at that moment, he can go from transparent, to completely invisible, though the further he goes, the shorter he can maintain that state. This can be used for both defense and offense (as I explained in his Drive section).
He was created by one of Kokonoe's colleagues from Sector Seven, who investigates the Kakas, as part of a certain experiment, since the Kaka clan multiply by "splitting" into two, he wanted to add some "variety" into the kaka clans genes, and see how they would evolve. So, Acrokaka's role was basically to breed with some Kaka females, but it seems he's much more interesting in adventuring and the only thing that interests him in females are their boobs |D but maybe he's just still too young to fulfil his "purpose"

Weapons & Powers:
As a true Kaka, his agility and stealth is very high, so he's the more speedy type of character. Since he was taught by Taokaka, his fighting style is very similar to hers, though doesn't have as much mobility as her with her Dancing Edge Drive, he has his own means of getting around his enemies and attacking them by surprise with his Cheshire Vanish Drive. He also has a similar variety of claws as Tao, to deliver different types of attacks, yet his claws differ from those of Tao.

TRIVIA:
-as with most of my charas, his name is a reference >3 to what? Top a certain organization from a certain series, hehe, kudos to you if you can guess (Juta guessed it almost instantly).
-all his claws (work in progress) are based on some horror movies >3
-he shares Taokaka's love for boob-groping, but isn't as picky as her, so he actually genuinely enjoys groping and fondling even Noel's chest |3
-he calls people by the nicknames given to them by Taokaka, not because he can't remember their names, but because he doesn't know their actual names (duh), but will remember the true name of a person and use it instead when corrected, except for Noel, he always calls her "Flatty" |3
