Do you press hard when you use Prismas, or are you very light? My "friend" got them before me and he told me to press down very hard to make it so there was no white with just one color.

Sometimes, pressing hard is helpful. Its difficult to blend if you press too hard though

That is so beautiful!! I've always loved using coloring pencils, but I never could figure out how to use them to make my drawings look more detailed (most of my drawings that are colored with coloring pencils look very childish.)

Oh my god, I remember first seeing this when I was in 5th grade.
That was more than three years of art ago (a lot of improvement for me), and I still follow this tutorial.
This has been one of the greatests aids to my art development.
