Well, this feels like a random drawing unless there is some context that I don't know about. Got to always love Spiers though!
I love the details you put into the hair, especially to make it look very raggedy. That whole facial expression is amazing as well. It feels unusual somehow/an uncommon facial expression to use. Although maybe it just looks that way to be because of the tilted head and the less curvy smile.
