I began this summer themed drawing laste week when, in France, the sun was a bit shy... fortunately the sun did reappear after I completed the drawing xD

What are they doing from your point of view?

I supposed the boys tried to jump so high to get this ball

So high by the way, my wife asked me "how the hell could they jump that high?"

Well I told her: "shut up, it's magic". and it indeed is x)

Ok the true reason was just that I also wanted to draw the foam of the sea on the shore. So they had to jump... way too high to be ealistic anyway xD

this drawing also served 2 other pupses: dynamic poses I drew so much when I was younger (not too bad I think!) and practicing my digital watercolor style
