Hi all.Last weekend I had the chance to go to the annual GlobalFest that's held here in the City every August. I have never been before this, but I plan to go again next year.
I have to say the fireworks were great, and a lovely view. Anyways I got a couple of shots, but of course since I had such a close and great view my camera decided to act up
Here is some more info on it:
The festival has been held every August since 2003, and is organized by The Calgary Fireworks Festival Society.
GlobalFest consists of different components: the OneWorld Festival (with up to 24 Cultural Pavilions, 14 ethnic food kiosks, and a 12 vendor Night Market) and the International Fireworks Festival (with up to 6 fireworks presentations from up to 5 international teams).
