Description

This beautiful girl is named Tigs.

She's a real sweetheart and loves cuddles. But unfortunately last night I was notified she was hit by a car    because the owners upstairs neighbor decided to let her out (which is not a outdoor cat).. She's at the vets now and they're doing everything they can for her. Luckily her spine isn't broken but she still may have to go for surgery cause of her hips. We will know more later today. Keep positive thoughts for Tigs!

Update

She had a lot of tests and x-rays. It has been found out she has a small fracture in her pelvis but needed no surgery. She's had all her wounds stitched up and they didn't have to amputate her tail like they originally thought. She will be crate bound for about twelve weeks though. She's been out of the vets for over a day now and is doing good

glad she's fine! i remember when our cat got hit by a car few years ago, it was a looong night and then long months of recovery. He made it to be his old grumpy self now

Glad he was able to recover it's such a scary situation. I think the first few weeks it's really scary cause you never know what could go wrong with some of their injuries and such

It's nice to hear it's not as bad as what they originally thought.

Now she need to rest, but I'm not worried about that, cats are pros for resting.
