What's this? A Professor Layton/Gitaroo Man crossover?! Yes, indeedy!I first got this idea from the robot dog in Professor Layton and the Curious Village. The game lets you name it, so I named it "Puma," since it bears some similarities with Puma in Gitaroo Man.
So from there, I started to think up some crazy ideas, and a weird crossover was born! I actually want to do a little manga of this crossover, but it won't be just Gitaroo Man and Professor Layton. It's going to have crossovers of Gamerz Heaven, Ape Escape, Parappa the Rapper, and others. Yes, this is turning out crazier by the minute. XD;
As for the art itself, this one took quite a long time to complete. I started out with a pencil sketch, which took some hours to do. Then I had to go over the lineart, making sure it was neat, which took a few days. Then I went ahead to color the whole thing, which also took several days. And finally, the background (very fun!), which I only did in several minutes.

The background is based on the Gitaroo Man game's Option menu with color schemes from the Try Again? screen.

This is amazing. I saw it on a watcher's page (Figuritas, I think) and I'm currently researching parts of Gitaroo Man for an assignment! Plus, I love Layton, so this piece is perfect! I love it, and I'll be sure to watch you to see what happens!

Yes, I couldn't resist putting Layton's trademark top hat in his Gitaroo (the instrument-looking thingy!)! I considered putting a little puzzle piece to go in there, but the top hat looks much better.

There probably aren't too many Layton fans who play Gitaroo Man, and vice versa, so that might be another reason why.

The Keywords are cap sensitive, so if anyone searched ' professor layton gitaroo man' in the search box, your piece wouldn't show up period, no matter how many pages they went through. The deviant art search box doesn't understand that 'Layton' and 'layton' is the same word.
Put: Professor professor Layton layton Gitaroo gitaroo Man man Luke luke (and maybe 'Curious curious Village village' too or the name of the piece)
I BET YOU ANYTHING THAT IF YOU INCLUDE BOTH THE UPPER AND LOWER CASE VERSIONS OF THE WORDS IN YOUR KEYWORDS, TONS MORE PEOPLE WILL FIND YOUR AWESOME WORKS! Many people don't search with caps on (I do though, cuz I'm weird XP)
