Description
I laid a concept down for a possible story I might do (maybe, maybe not...still up in the air) about an underground organization of brave, young women called Red Messengers. So this is a very general concept for the main character Red 13. I got the idea after the really old version of this deviation.

Though since I have sketched this, I've decided that perhaps it will take place high up in the mountains in a snowy setting, so the design may change...ah...not sure what I'm doing anymore. lol
