A hentai writer could utilize this insecurity and do something like this. "I don't want to lose you" is a strong way to make a dramatic, emotional, vanilla hentai. There's some crying involved and you end with "I love you" or "Don't leave me". There's usually an after scene after they had sex, maybe you could make Ruby gently playing with Weiss hair while she's sleeping, muttering, "I won't die that easily" or "You're my raison detre".
