Overall, this picture is really nice- you've shaded it really well. His hair has some nice detail, but Haku's bangs look a little boofy- This is fine, it happens alot. Also his shoulders are a bit like a mountain, so try to make them a little more shaped in the future. I really like the shading in the clothes aswell- it looks very affective and you should be proud of yourself. This is also very obvious that you didn't trace a picture from the internet, manga, anime etc so this gives you extra points. Well done, this is a really nice overall picture, you balanced your shadings well!
