Oh my goodness-goshness, that has to be the cutest puppy I've ever seen. The way he(/she) is staring straight at the camera makes me giddy; I like that he(/she) is just below eye level, too; he(/she) isn't too far away, but it doesn't make you feel like he(/she) is too close, either.
I think you should work on holding the camera steady; this picture would look so much better if it was just a bit clearer; though if you were trying to make it blur without obscuring the picture, you've achieved your goal.
I like that his(/her) face and shoulders, as well as that one adorable paw, are the only parts of the puppy you can see; that wooden post (or doorway; it's not obvious by looking at the shot) was cleverly placed. If I'd been able to see the entire dog I'm not sure I'd have liked this shot so much.
The presents and Christmas tree in the background make me feel glad- of course, I've always loved this time of year, so this is just my opinion. Others may think this messes up the entire photo because they either don't like Christmas or don't celebrate it, but I don't think it has as large an impact as I make it sound. I just noticed them and decided they boosted my opinion of the photo.
Overall, I think this is a very cute shot; it's definitely something I'd hang in my bedroom. Again, holding the camera still, or perhaps adjusting the focus (I'm not very camera-savvy so, unfortunately, I can't help much there) to make it clearer would have helped in achieving the perfect photo. I was trying to go for the blurriness, (sorta) It was partly my cam not focusing right, and the fact that I'm working with my puppy who doesn't stay still long, even when he's sleeping. I also couldn't see the cam as i was taking the picture.
The picture really would've lost its effect if it was in focus.
Btw it was one of those tv table tray things so you can eat at the couch, and an overturned gaming chair that I got when I was like... eight.
I think it would've been even better if the lights on the tree were on... XD

I really had a lot of fun taking pictures, my fave of the pics of him is the one where he used me as a pillow.
