This is one of two pictures of this project.Materials: Coyote skull, dowel rod, leather, coyote fur, acrylic paint
Dimensions: 24" long (not including tail)
Description: This is one of my best rattles yet, I think! I hinged the jaw of a coyote skull and painted it with acrylic paint. I then made it a handle wrapped in leather with coyote fur accents, and a big, fluffy coyote tail. Both the pebbles inside the skull, and the hinged jaw, create a lovely rattling sound. A great ritual tool for shamanic work, drum circles, and other pagan celebrations!
