Yes, at that time Ruedi was the lowest ranking wolf. A quite un-typical omega though, because he was still quite self-confident after all.

Actually, I have no idea. I haven't been to Wolf Park in almost 2 years now.
But I suspect he's still with the main pack, and I doubt his rank has changed.
