I would never use higher settings cause you don´t see differences.

The raytrace depth is normaly set to 2, you only need higher for more reflections in the reflections which are in reflections .......

The same for shadows-> normaly set to 25, only higher if i have smoothed shadows.

The rays per pixel is now set to the same as you would use 8x Anti aliasing (sry for grammar issues) . In my eyes u don´t see differences if it were higher.
