Description Here is an emote that I did in Paint.NET. It sort of looks the same... but I would say that PhotoShop is better! Hopefully I can get PhotoShop again soon, because I really need it before Christmas! Enjoy..?

Of course Photoshop is better than Paint.NET. Paint.NET is made to replace MSPaint and it has no match against Photoshop. Photoshop is program you gotta pay for, Paint.NET is freeware and Adobe programs are the best graphic programs you can have. And about the emote, outlines should be dark blue instead of black and hair needs more shades. Also, shading of the emote should start from more lighter coulour.

Yeah! Although, Paint.NET is surprisingly good for a freeware!

And thanks for the advice! I really should have started with a lighter colour, it was really just a test! Oh, and the emote does have a dark blue outline, it just had to be very dark to compensate for the dark colour inside. The hair has a black outline though. Do you think that I should give the hair the same colour outline as the rest of the emote, or keep it black? And should the hair be shaded from grey-ish to black, or just a slightly different black? Thanks again for the advice!

The outline of the emote should be lighter. You should keep the outline of the hair black and add some lighter grey spots (maybe to middle of the hair ) to it, it looks kinda flat. And no problem, I like to give tips to other emoticonists.

Yeah, the outline would have been lighter, had I used a brighter 'inside' colour, which I know that I should have
Thanks for the tip on the hair! I knew that it looked flat, but I was wondering how to fix it, so that's some great help!
And keep on giving tips! There's so useful!

You can still do .png files from Paint.NET, right? I've never used it, you see.
It looks just as good/clean/fine/finished as your other emotes, so had you not told me it was made in a different program, I probably wouldn't have realised.

Oh, and by the way, It's Photoshop, not PhotoShop; the Serif suite is the only one that does it like PhotoPlus and MoviePlus

Yeah, you can open .png files on it, but not .psd ones just got an extension on Paint.NET so I can open .psd files ^_^

Yeah, I know... I just like putting random capitals in the middle of words... I guess I should stop, if it really bothers you that much xD

Meh, I made the same mistake with Photoshop. I was bamboozled when I found out that it wasn't like PhotoShop.
I'd watch the random-capitals stuff...Mrs Jayne told me off for it.

"What is it that you do random captals in middle of sentance?"
"Err, well I err...have autism?"
"NOT EXCUSE. YOU DIE NOW.*"

"Well, please work on it Tcharles. Is not good."

I'm not even stressing the Russian-ness. D|

She's not very intimidating when she's depressed.
...just thought I'd like to note that.
