Yes, i like it simple on the outside and complex on the inside. I always use ps for darkroom work, in this case b/w conversion, tonal adjustment, some retouche on the upper "light part" and toning; technically speaking the main focus in this piece was to get a smooth tonal balance ranging from dark to light. Thanks, no, i never touch a scene when photographing, if i would have done, the shot wouldn't be worth a thing to me; but i know why you're asking, the are more ripples slowly disappearing to the right. I think it were fish, the constellation is even mysterious for me.
