If he refuses to answer a direct question posed by a representative of the Commissariat, the punishment is summary execution, effective immediately.
If he doesn't admit it, he's disobeying a superior officer. Punishment is, again, summary execution.
If he does admit it, he's attempting to fraternise with a superior officer. I believe the punishment is either summary execution, or thirty lashes.
So, yeah. Sucks to be him, but what a way to go.
