While not a twin i can say honestly that no'one can annoy/infuriate/embarrass you like a sibling can.
Edit: it took me a while to remember but i think it was one of the old lore books containing a load of alien dissections that said an eldars ears are an erogenous zone.... Ronahn what are you doing to your sister!
