I don't see why they would be heretical. They're made by Guilliman, the son of the Emperor and the primarch of many great loyalist Space Marine Chapters. Were there any reason to doubt Guilliman's loyalty, these doubts should be dispelled by the fact that he was endorsed by Saint Celestine.Β
