It's fantastic to see the fan art of someone who obviously loves the books (and has read them). Just by drawing the scar on the side of his forehead where it belongs and giving him almond shaped eyes, you've made my day!

I reread those again this year. Seemed like the thing, to do. Though, after the first one, I always just want to read the first one again.
Secondarily, I want a snitch. I just want it to be around, and play with my cat when I'm busy.
Now, about the actual picture: I like that you kept the focus to a certain distance, 's nice. Also, that scar is beastly.

I think he's right about the thumb. I tried bending mine that way and it really is hard on the tendons.
But yeah, great perspective, and I love the swirling clouds in the background.

yeah if sorta jumps out at me now, so I might go back into it. Its a little hard though after the lighting effects and stuff though. I was sorta going for a 'fish eye lens' look but I don't think it quite came off right. Glad you like the perspective, I've been trying to push myself a little more with my compositions.
