Je t’aime Forever is inspired by love, found and lost, unconditional and eternal love …

This mixed media handbound journal is decorated with painting techniques and a reprint of a vintage love poem. The focal comes in the form of a vintage escutcheon with brass wings, a broken heart created with air dry clay and the phrase “Je t’aime” trapped behind rusted mesh wires. The page marker is made up of a brass chain and beaded at the end with a piece of ocean jasper. The artwork is then aged and distressed. The covers are finished with several coats of satin varnish to protect the artwork.
