Description
The Triumvirate's laboratory for superweapons was the place where
Grey had grown up in, having been raised by the local scientists. It turned
him into a mastermind of his own, as he watched the cruel experiments
on the two new subjects with the shadow viruses prototype. He followed
with greatest interest, knowing they would bend to his will, once they would
be finished, while possessing the power to destroy everything in their path.
Yep, Grey's backstory~ Those tho Latias are Necrios and LuWickios in case
you are wondering. They both were turned into Latios, having been humans
before their capture. And now, they're subjects for the most dangerous
weapon, Grey's team has ever developed: The Shadow Virus!

it is actually linked with Xray's story, which is even more confusing XD
I can give you a run-down on certain characters' stories if you'd like though ^^

but alrighty. So, Grey is a Houndoom scientist. Not a fighter
like most other Pokemon are. He and his team developed a
virus that makes other pokemon highly aggressive, but also
obedient. their first attempt failed and they have now created
a new prototype. They captured two humans, using a machine
to turn them into Latios: LuWickios and Necrios. And they tried
to inject them with their virus. It failed on LuWickios, who
managed to escape, but Necrios became a mindless killing machine.
He was sent right after Lu, who shortly returned after Necrios was
released to hunt him down. He wanted revenge and basically
killed all of the scientists, of which only Grey survived, swearing
to avenge his friends.
