Working title, still haven't decided.

First bit of art in a long while, oh how I have missed it. I managed a table at the Central Canada Comic-Con this past weekend and managed to work on this baby during the slower moments (or rather the moments where I just simply did not feel like socializing). Chose two subjects, my favorite bird and a lovely flower, and viola! Barn owls and hibiscus flowers, a totally random yet awesome combo!

I was under the impression that the pen I used for this piece was waterproof, but learned that it is not...
Yet I totally love the results that I got by dragging a brush soaked with clean water over the dried ink. Can't wait to try it again.
