Just a quick sketch with colors of the newly described tyrannosauroid Moros intrepidus. Here it is resting at evening with a small mammal it caught. In the foreground and middle of the field of view are horsetails.This will be moved to scraps, I hope to finish this drawing but I'm having a severe lack of motivation for paleoart. =/ Still, I wanted to at least upload the quick sketch to show what I hope to achieve in my art- unique poses, animals that aren't always on level ground and not always 100% in view, rarely depicted taxa, and generally trying to avoid paleoart memes of recent art.

Interesting looking Tyrannosauroid, very tough I understand, but that is an interesting design and pose it has over its kill.

Sorry for the late reply! I added an update with detail to the trees. I don't think they're turning out how I want them but I was experimenting with new brushes. I'll try to continue working on it, but it's slow going as I have a lot of stuff going on.
