Description
Sur-rail - Surreal, and rail...This another shot of Fort Canning Tunnel , the same place where I made Joint Flow and Space Age .
The concept on this one is that I inverted the photo and the structures originally above, somehow work when placed below like that. The lighted path resembles a futuristic railway track of some kind.
The slanted angle is intended to provide a sense of movement as when turning left at high speed...the body will slant to the left. Thus aiding the entire scene in which flow is the emphasis (the lines and the way they flow together into one point).
On the other hand, the light trails close to the road surface which is ceiling now, can actually be explained as the lights on the top of the vehicle, the train for example which runs on the track blow, if you allow yourself a bit of forgiving imagination!
Thank you for viewing and enjoy!

Wonderful. Just turn the camera a bit for a photo with a completely new feel! Although I worked out what this really is in, like, 5 seconds.

Very cool. I can easily imagine some kind of maglev or something that goes through a large tunnel, its "trail" lit up, and the lights from the inside illuminating the ceiling. Wonderful.

Very interesting, I can definitely picture what you're saying with the lights and all. Amazing what simply flipping a picture upside-down can do!!

I find it quite incredible how a relatively simple photo, again simply flipped upside down can turn out to be so addictive to look at it, especially as you say it makes it appear to be some futuristic transportation network of some kind.
I really like this photo it's one of my favourites I've seen so far on deviantart.
