The boi who deserved more, Longtail! I love Longtail, he's such an interesting character! I like how he goes from being basically the first character to act antagonistic, to a warrior who wants to prove himself to the child he once bullied, to a blind boi who was forced to retire early. Now, I love elder Longtail, but he should've atleast been allowed to return to warrior duties, and decide for himself, right? I also recently read A Thief in ThunderClan, and I adore the little friendship between Longtail and Brightheart, how she goes from suspecting him to encouraging him not to give up when he gets blinded. It's so sweet! Speaking of relationships, I love his friendship/QPR with Mousefur, it's so cute and I love how they bounce off of each other! He's overall a really interesting guy, and I kinda wish he had a better death then being crushed by a tree.
For his design, I have always imagined him looking VERY close to the SSSWarriorCats design, it is so iconic and I love how sleek and spiky it is. I basically altered that into my style, and added to it since I'm not animating my design. I also did an elder Longtail to show his scar placement, and to show his fur growing.
