Description
The evil boi who was 100% gay for Tigerstar, Darkstripe! I've been putting him off for a while, and that's bc he is my least favourite cat in warriors. Ik that may be a hot take, but he's just so annoying, to the point where I cheered in my head when Greystripe killed him (and I haven't read it yet, but Ik Firestar/Rootspring kills his DF spirit, and let's just say, I'm very grateful lol) However, I do like his little one-sided crush on Tigerstar, and that's basically the only good element I can find in this character.
For his design, I used a realistic design I made and simplified it a bit. I also wanted to heavily reference Tigerstar and his ref sheet, as I see Darkstripe looking up to him to the point of wanting to be EXACTLY like him. So, I made him in a similar pose, but made his face more angry, as if he's struggling to pull off the intense look Tigerstar has on a daily basis. I also made him stand on his tippy toes, trying to seem big and tough. Then, I added scars that very closely resemble some of Tigerstar's scars, and I used the same colours for the background that I did for Tigerstar. This guy, in my eyes, wanted to be a Tigerclone before they even existed lol!
