I may have told you, the year I got married (1963) to my first wife we got a Beetle. I am not sure but I think it was a red 61. Had more fun with that car; ran like a top. Loved it!

Ah, yes, now that you mention it, I remember you told me you had a red Beetle 
I was too young and don't remember my dad's VW. First car I remember was the Dodge Coronet he bought in 1970.
