Overall, this drawing is pretty decent. The shading is well done and the line work is ambitious. And in some places the coloring is almost good. However, the way you did the chest area looks pretty unappealing. The random tufts of fur that you find no where else in the body make it look awkward and cluttered. Also, those brown lines look more like a spider web then something you would ever find on a cat. I think it would work better to make the color solid white. Another place I think you could improve on is the face. The muzzle could be slimmer and the ears more cat-like rather than looking like a bat's ears. Also much of the face looks too human (like the eyes and cheekbones), but that might just be me.
