Hey!So, if you've hadn't heard,I went to the midnight premier of The Hobbit when it was released in theaters.
I loved it~
AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON SOME OF THOSE DWARVES MAN! Plus Hobbits~ more specifically a Martin Freeman hobbit! But anyway, I drew some sketches of some of the characters. Mostly Bilbo and Thorin though. Though recently I'm surprising myself with how good the faces came out. Now I just need to work on the eyes a bit...
So I tried to draw a different expression to get myself away from the default facial structures. I think I did pretty well. It's a drawing of Bilbo with his totally awesome glowing sword! Now he just has to figure out how to wield it properly. Lol I'm just making a joke though, I know he's totally awesome with that thing!

I think Martin did a great job - a representation of a hobbit different from the earlier ones we saw in Lord of the Rings. But I love both kinds! XD
