There is a toy of this ya know, fan made that has all of them alt mode, also lights up in the chest.... i forget if it the version that also has a memory stick built in.

About the sources for this Soundwave redesign:
- the robot mode comes from The War Within (just like Ravage's);
- the vehicle mode is Peter's idea;
- the quadruple-changer feature too;
- the antenna mode is a small tribute to the G1 cartoon (even if that thing in "More than meets the eye" was considered a street lamp).
About the comic project:
- Soundwave will share a 22 page comic with Shockwave: each page will be split in two: the upper side will tell Shockwave's story; the lower side will belong to Soundwave. The two plotline will cross or mirror each other, outlining differences/parallels/connections between these two characters.
