This snail is fantastic, I like the great detail on this, his shell is so simple yet unique looking, and the idea of a hairy snail is just incredible.

Such an odd and interesting concept, on both your part, and the part of the person in the shell. I wonder what the story behind this person is? Did they get up this morning and put the shell on, deciding to explore the forest like a snail would, or were they born like this and don't know any different? I Love the colors used and the different amounts of attention given to different parts of the image. It's a rather thought provoking piece. Very well done, I hope to see more like this. And off to your gallery!

seems a tad creepy to me, which is no way a bad thing. the pose is superb, it almost makes you wonder what made this person assume the role of a snail and crawl around in the forest. and as everyone else has mentioned, the colors are very well used. the yellow almost adds a hint of acidity to the air.
this is a very good piece, i thoroughly enjoy it, but i must say, if i were walking though the forest, i wouldn't want to run into this fellow.
