Aizel looked to the older of the two strangers, carefully ignoring the intense little stare of the kit's blue eyes. This conversation didn't need to get any weirder. "And what's the name of this Guild representative, again?"

"Clyde." The information was delivered dryly. Distaste and suspicion only just dusted the top of it. "The short one with the big magenta bead. You'll know him by the Guild crest--uh, you don't know those, do you? Blue circle-thing, token and some paws inside. You'll get the idea."

"Thank you. I appreciate it, really." Finally Aizel let his gaze drop to the kit, who was still staring him down. "Safe travels."

And with that, it was back to the trail.

Aizel leaves home for the first time and gets to awkwardly try to connect to outsiders who can point him to where he can join this """Merchant's Guild""". they're locals to the mountains, though, so they know his kind .... hopefully things in Seajewel will be easier. (They won't.)
