Description

A little over a month ago, I was introduced to the Filipino superhero character, Darna, who I found utterly fascinating. Mainly because I had often considered myself a pretty good comic historian, but this was the first time in my 40+ years that I even heard of this rather popular foreign character who's over 70 years old... Meaning my ignorant ass didn't know anywhere near as much as I thought I did on the subject of comic history. (Which made me happy, meaning I've only scratched the surface of the neat treasures that's out there in the world!)

I had a little bit of free time, while I’m finishing up my art obligations so I can work on my comic and I thought I’d take a crack at drawing a quick doodle her. And she’s pretty fun to draw.
