Description
So the comic series Rival Angels: www.rivalangels.com , which is done by my friend Alan Evans... I've done a lot of work for him in the recent years, so by now many of you should at least know that it's a comic about women wrestling. Anyway, he's doing his annual holiday break, and I did four pieces for him... Each one reimagining his four main characters as a 90s superhero, complete with all the tropes and nonsense from the time. (Impractical outfits, glowing appendages, oversized weapons, etc.) For comic people like me, the 90s was a special time for us. Like it or hate it... It influenced us. And it was kinda fun to play around with those old tropes... And while it may not be noticeable, I got to utilize an older inking method and incorporate it into the digital inking... And I kinda like how it turned out. I did all these up with faux logos and banners, so these are the logo free images.

We start with the character Krystin Moline, aka Def-Tech... With that name, I sort of saw her as one of those technological heroines that Top Cow were very fond of during that time, with a mixture of Cyber Force and a touch of Witchblade.
