I've never understood when people give shit to girls about being "fake geek girls" and the like, because I've got a ton of lady friends and they are ALL honest-to-God geek girls. In fact, almost every girl I've meet can be considered a geek girl in one way or another. They're not these elusive Pokemon, they're all over the damn place. In fact, I’m willing to bet just about every single female looking at this would consider themselves a nerd girl. So I've never understood it when some guys have made that claim that they're fake or that they don't exist... Because I have to wonder, because while I'm sure there's the occasional exception, I have NEVER MET a "fake geek girl". They've all been real nerd.

So like I said, I have a lot of lady friends, and every one of them are nerd girls and I love 'em! So I thought it'd be kinda fun to take a bunch of them and imagine them as super-heroes, just based on aspects of their personality alone. I was originally going to do nine of them, but I ran short of time and got backed up a bit on commissions. (I need to catch up and get a few Shattered Glass pages turned in too!) So I stopped at six, and I'll do some more later when I'm caught up. (A few of these might end up popping up in some future comics I do.)
