Lucky enough to be nearly in the path of totality. We made the short drive into the path of totality and it was a terrific experience.
For us totality lasted about a minute, a little farther south they got 2 minutes but the traffic would have been much worse.

This is a blend of several exposures during totality. You can make out the structure of the corona that highlights the magnetic fields around the sun, plumes and loops.
In the bottom left is Mercury

The temperature got cold and it got very dark. All around the horizon it looked like sunset with a red glow.

I got 380 photos, will post a few more as I slowly go through them
