This pic was an idea I got from westwoodbronyfan when he told me about some Sonic the Hedgehog and C&C crossovers hes been doing, this pic shows a building he mentioned.(this quote is his idea he came up with which inspired me to draw this, the idea was not mine)
"While Dr. Eggman joined forces with the Soviets, he created his own barracks called the "Hand of Robotropolis". It's his own barracks that manufactures robotic units such as Roboticized Cyborgs and Cyborg Attack Dogs that uses their own manned machine gun that attached to their back."

Now this is the kind of Barracks that Dr. Eggman have constructed for the Soviets! Nicely done, V!
At least in the Red Alert Universe, Dr. Eggman makes a fine edition to the Soviets being their second Soviet faction or their supporter of Robots or maybe their Robot in Chief. Good thing with this barracks that Eggman constructed he can make an entire army of Cyborgs just for the Reds and use it against Sonic and his friends.

At least you know Sonic as well, V. A lot of people has made a lot of crossovers regarding about him except for C&C. No one has made and come up with an idea of Sonic crossovering the C&C Universe (Tiberium and Red Alert). Only I get the first one who crossovered Sonic with that, plus I had that idea for quite a longtime and sometime now.
Sure V, I'm okay with that too. After all what's a barracks without any units? Plus I wanted to be inspired with some other works too. That's all.
