Description
Arthur looked into his morning cup of tea as he sat with Kiku and Francis at the table while Matthew flipped the pancakes he was making for breakfast.
“Do you think ______ will feel well enough to eat?” He asked as Arthur and Francis both looked up.
“Maybe.” Arthur said as he turned seeing you walk in with a soft smile on your face.
“Well, good morning _______.” Francis said looking at you. “How are you feeling.”
“A lot better. You smiled as He walked up to you setting a hand on your forehead.
“You have broken your fever.” He smiled as he saw something out of the corner of his eye down the hall and turned his head seeing nothing.
“What?” You asked looking down the hall. “Oh… hold on.” You said walking down the hall back to your room. The guys looked at each other as you came back with the cowlick mochi in your hands. “This is what I saw yesterday.” You held it up as it smiled up at Francis. He looked at the little white ball of happiness as it stared back at him.
“Is that one of those mochi things?” Arthur asked as Kiku nodded.
“It’s incredibre you saw one ret arone hording one in your hands.”
“Oh I had four sleeping with me last night.” You said as you felt a nudge at your ankles and looked down to see the other three at your feet. Francis bent down picking the one with the scruff on his chin and looked at him.
“They are pretty cute.” He said at the mochi. The other two jumped onto one of the chairs and onto the table.
“Hmm they are strange creatures.” Arthur said as the one with the top hat looked at him as Arthur held out one of his scones. It stiffed it and then took it eating it. “I like this one.”
“It must not have taste buds.” Francis said as Matthew held the one with the bear bag.
“Burgers are done!” You heard Alfred yell as he walked into the house holding a plate of burgers.
The mochi in your arms started to wiggle around as you let go it jumped to the table towards Alfred jumping up and biting the other end of the burger in his hand.
“What is this thing?” Alfred asked as it hung off the burger before the patty slipped out and the mochi with it as it started eating it. “Hey!”
“That’s the mochi I was telling you about.” You said as you giggled seeing the mochi eating Alfred’s burger. After breakfast you and your housemates were deciding on what to do with the mochis.
“We can always keep them.” You suggested as the guys looked up at you.
“Like pets?” Arthur asked sipping his tea. He had put some tea in a saucer for the mochi with the eyebrows. “They do seem well mannered.” He looked over to the one with the cowlick with a piece of burger in its mouth shaking it around. “Well most of them.” He turned to Kiku. “Are they able to be kept as pets?”
“Oh yes.” Kiku nodded. “They are trainabre to stay in a home and make wonderfur companions.”
“I think they would be a wonderful addition to the family.” Francis smiled looking at the mochis.
The mochis jumped in happiness of getting to stay. You smiled as well but turned your head as something caught your eye in the living room. The mochis each made a squeaking noise as they jumped from the table into the living room. “Where are they going?” You asked as you got up with the others peeking into the living room seeing the other mochis looking under one of the end tables.
“Move guys.” You said kneeling down moving a couple of the mochis seeing a smaller female mochi with (e/c) eyes and a (favorite flower) hair clip on the right side of her head. She looked up at you with fear in her eyes as she sunk into the shadows of the table. “It’s ok.” You said putting your hand out towards her as she came a bit closer letting you touch her.
“What is it, love?” Arthur asked looking at you as you stood up with the female mochi in your arms as she made a purring sound feeling safe with you holding her.
“Another one?” Alfred asked as your petted the little mochi.
“There is a reason these mochis seeked you arr out.” Kiku told you as you sat on the couch and the four male mochis joined you. You smiled seeing all the mochis looking up at you as they smiled too.
